Today In here with a brand new recipe which I just gave a try today, and was a super duper hit.
I had a Sweetcorn lying in my fridge since a week, never felt motivated enough to do anything out of it. Today morning when i was thinking as to what to cook for lunch thought to give this a try and i was successful.

Poha or Beaten Rice is a very common food made in most of Indian homes for quick and easy dish. Today I am going to share one such recipe of Poha which i tried recently and was a hit. When there is extra Sweet Corn at home you can use it for making this delicious Sweetcorn Poha.
Other day during the lunch hour when me and my colleagues where having a Spiced Butter-Milk from Amul i just got a thought i should try this at home. That's when i checked the ingredient list and found that they add some kind of preservatives for the packaged drink and decided i shall make them at home and have fresh butter-milk instead.
